Paul continues forward in the commercial music business, a career that had actually started before Idol without a label. He met actress Nikki Reed during an in-season idol promotional event, played up teasingly on the show. It so happened the began dating and eventually married. (sadly that has recently ended in divorce after a few years of collobartion on videos on top of their personal relationship).
